For more than two decades, Bayshore Residences has set the standard for waterfront living in Fort Lauderdale. Our 168 residences are home to a diverse, engaged community of owners who value both privacy and connection.
The association is governed by an elected volunteer board and managed day-to-day by ROYALE Management Services, a licensed community association management (cam) firm. Together, we protect property values, maintain our shared spaces, and keep every owner informed.
